Description

Why does everything have to have a label?  Who we are.  What we believe in.  What we eat.  Why can’t we just be?

This is a book of plant-based recipes without the judgment and stigma that comes with putting a label on how you eat.

Sometimes you want to eat plant-based for a day.  A month.  A year.  And that’s ok.  Sometimes you want a burger.  Or a cheese pizza.  And guess what?  That’s ok too.  You shouldn’t have to worry that judgy eyes are watching your every bite to call you out on breaking the “rules.”

Eat how you want, when you want – and grab this book when you’re in the mood for something plant-based, dairy-free, gluten-free, and FULL of flavor!

Labels don’t just apply to how we eat.  They’re everywhere.  And they can have a much bigger impact than you might think.

When you constantly get labeled a certain way, it affects how others view you, and more importantly, how you view yourself.  Labels can perpetuate stereotypes, impact our self-esteem and negatively affect our mental health.

The more we talk about our mental health, the more we realize we’re not alone.

A portion of proceeds from each book supports this cause.
